To ensure a flawless stay, cleaning service is mandatory and provided by qualified staff. The cost of the service is $85,000 COP per full day for groups of up to 6 people. For groups of more than 6, the assistance of two cleaning staff is required, and for groups of more than 12, three cleaning staff will be necessary, each with a fee of $85,000 COP. For check-ins after 3 PM and check-outs before 11 AM, this service is not mandatory.
