It also includes 2 full bathrooms, a TV room with cable, a large living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a service room and bathroom with two beds, a washing machine, and an iron. The independent bungalow offers one bedroom with a double bed, another with two bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. The property stands out for its fully equipped BBQ area, which includes a large and small grill, a clay oven, a caja china, paella pan, a pit for pachamanca, a spit for roasting pork, a rotisserie chicken machine, and a popcorn machine. The caretaker is responsible for lighting the grills, cleaning, and assisting with the use of this equipment, as well as setting up the karaoke. It also features a swimming pool with lounge chairs, an adult game area (pool table, foosball, sapo, ping pong, and poker), and a children’s play area with a bouncer, seesaw, Little Tikes toys, and a zip line. The property also has a lagoon and direct access to the river. Hiring support staff is mandatory: a cleaning and cooking assistant (S/ 70 per day, paid directly) and a caretaker (S/ 200 for the entire stay). Bed linens are included (except for the service room).
